Arbitrary (adjective)
Definition:
a.based on chance rather than being planned or based on reason.
Example:
a.Did you have a reason for choosing your destination or was it arbitrary?

Definition:
b.(UNFAIR) disapproving using unlimited personal power without considering other people's wishes
Example:
b.The company has been the subject of an arbitrary take-over.

Clairvoyant (noun)
Definition:
a person who says they have powers to see the future or see things that other people cannot see.
Example:
She went to see a clairvoyant who said he could communicate with her dead husband.

Discriminate (noun)
Definition:
the ability to see the difference between two things or people.
Example:
He was chosen to lead the team because he had the ability of discrimination people's view  about the world.

Flamboyant (adjective)
Definition:
a.(PEOPLE) very confident in behavior, and liking to be noticed by other people, for example because of the way you dress, talk, etc.
Example:
a.The writer's flamboyant lifestyle was well known.

Definition:
b.(CLOTHES, ETC.) brightly colored and easily noticed.
Example:
b.His clothes were rather flamboyant for such a serious occasion.

Infallible (adjective)
Definition:
never wrong, failing, or making a mistake.
Example:
Even the experts are not infallible.
