Censure (noun)
Definition:
strong criticism or disapproval.
Example:

His dishonest behavior came under severe censure.

Didactic (adjective)
Definition:
intended to teach people a moral lesson.
Example:

A didactic literature.

Extrinsic (adjective)
Definition:
coming from outside a particular person or thing.
Example:

Extrinsic motivation exists when employees are able to satisfy their needs indirectly, most importantly, through monetary compensation.

Inconsequential (adjective)
Definition:
not important.
Example:
Most of what she said was pretty inconsequential.

Waiver (noun)
Definition:
an agreement that you do not have to pay or obey something.
Example:

We had to sign a waiver, giving up any rights to the land in the future.
